World Class Squash Camp at Wesleyan is a boarding camp for junior squash players interested in getting the expert feedback to make significant improvements to their game. The camp will be limited to 24 players (split into two groups of 12), and the camp will focus on increasing the technical and tactical understanding of players of all levels. Bob Bowers, the physical trainer for Canada's National Squash Training Centre will be working with small groups of players throughout the week to develop an individual training plan for each player. They will be tested for speed, flexibility, fitness, etc.
The coaching staff each will include at least two world-ranked pros. This year we are pleased to include Shahier Razik, LJ Anjema, David Palmer, and Shaun Moxham among the staff.
We are excited to announce that each attendee of the camp will leave with a 6-month license to AMOS, the revolutionary new coaching software. We will post our feedback from the camp for each individual on the AMOS website, providing truly expert feedback in the four areas of squash: technical, tactical, mental, and physical. In addition, video clips of each player will be posted to the site for review any time.
